Week 1 – Biggest Work Loser

So this week started a Biggest Loser competition at the office. $50 buy in and weigh in happened Monday. Between Monday morning and this morning I’m moving in the right direction.

My routine:

Breakfast has been mixed. A banana a few days, a granola bar at times. Generally something really small.

Lunch is mainly veggies; carrots, celery, sweet peppers. I also have a Greek yogurt and I also have a couple snack packs I thought I would try – Sargentos Balanced Breaks which are pretty awesome, and Oscar Mayer P3 which tastes good but is processed pretty hard, so not ideal.

Dinner the last few nights has been a boneless, skinless chicken beast along with a bag of frozen veggies. Haven’t really snacked but if I get the urge it’s another yogurt.

I have been focused on homework so I haven’t made the extra time to hit the gym but I found in my past success that diet is 90% of the battle and I’m seeing that again, down 5 pounds in the last 5 days or so.

Off we go…
